Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for supporting the Tatami Animal Collection. Each of our hoodies is printed to order to ensure the highest detail and quality for our intricate "tatami-style" artwork.

1. Processing & Production Times

Because we use specialized Embroidery and printing techniques to capture the fine textures of our animal designs:

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and quality-checked before shipping.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Your order will arrive in 7-14 business days depending on the Item and your location, International Shipping might take  longer up to 6 weeks depending on the country.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your animal hoodie has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. International Shipping

We ship our collection worldwide! Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tatami Animals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can only update shipping addresses within 12 hours of order placement. Once the printing process has begun, we are unable to redirect your package.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If you receive your hoodie and the print is damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Slothsuccess@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement for you.
