What is "Tatami" style? Our designs are inspired by the intricate, woven textures of traditional Japanese tatami mats. This style uses fine linework and stippling to create a sense of depth and organic texture that looks like a hand-crafted tapestry.

Are these limited edition? While our core animals are available year-round, we occasionally release seasonal colorways or limited-run animal spirits. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on new additions.

What is the printing method? We use Embroidery and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing with eco-friendly, water-based inks. This allows us to capture the watercolor gradients and fine textures of the animals without the heavy, "plastic" feel of traditional screen printing.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to get my order? Because each item is printed specifically for you, production takes 2-5 business days. We expect your order to arrive in 7-14 business days depending on the Item and your location, International Shipping might take longer up to 6 weeks depending on the country. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your animal is on its way.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on your local customs office but usually take up to 6 weeks.

Can I change my order after it’s placed? We move quickly! You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your Item has entered the production phase and cannot be altered.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Since each product is custom-made to order, we mostly accept returns only for damaged items or printing errors, other reasons may apply. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days if there is an issue. Contact us for return and refund requests, refunds could take up to 10 days after we receive the product.

What if I ordered the wrong size? Please refer carefully to our size chart before ordering. If you have concerns about the fit, reach out to our team before you buy—we’re happy to help you find the right size!

Is your brand eco-friendly? We believe in "Slow Fashion." By printing each item to order, we eliminate the waste of overstocking. Our inks are non-toxic and biodegradable, and we use recycled packaging whenever possible.
